Mae33 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Guidelines

To register and use the mae33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. Mae33 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time without providing a reason.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. mae33 takes the protection of minors from gambling seriously. Any individual who registers by providing false age information will have their account closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

Citizenship & Location Requirements

The mae33 platform is operated for users in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you are based in Malaysia and that your use of online betting services does not conflict with the local laws applicable to you.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time
• Personal information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• A mae33 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred to another party
• Mae33 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason

Identity Verification (KYC)

Mae33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from members at any time. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) and is a standard legal compliance requirement. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of current address. Accounts that fail to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may be suspended until verification is successfully completed.

All financial transactions on mae33 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Mae33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through local Malaysian payment methods only.

Withdrawal Policy

Your first withdrawal must use the same method as your first deposit as a standard security measure. All withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of account verification. Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional verification in accordance with compliance requirements. Mae33 reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal for security review purposes.

Mae33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member / per household / per IP address / per device
• Bonuses may not be cashed out before rollover requirements have been met
• Rollover is calculated based on total wagering amount, not on winnings or losses
• Only settled, non-voided bets will count towards the rollover requirement
• Mae33 reserves the right to void any bonus awarded due to a technical error
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the expiry period has lapsed

Rollover & Wagering Requirements

Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement. For example, a 100% deposit bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place bets totalling 10 times the combined value of your deposit and bonus before a withdrawal is permitted. For a deposit of RM100 with a RM100 bonus, the total rollover required is (RM100 + RM100) × 10 = RM2,000 in wagers.

Bets placed at very low odds (below 1.30 for sports) or opposing bets across two markets (arbitrage betting) will not count towards the rollover requirement. Mae33 reserves the right to review and adjust the rollover rate for specific promotions with notice to members.

Mae33's sports betting section covers Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Malaysia Open and BWF World Tour badminton, MotoGP including races at Sepang International Circuit, Grand Slam tennis, boxing, e-sports, and a wide range of other international sports.

Bet Confirmation

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended
• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the mae33 system and a ticket reference number has been issued
• In the event of a system outage or technical issue, mae33 reserves the right to void any affected bets
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply, not the current odds

Cancelled or Postponed Matches

If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded. For matches that begin but are not completed within 12 hours of the scheduled kick-off, bets will generally be voided unless certain markets can already be settled. Mae33 will exercise its discretion in determining outcomes for unusual scenarios.

In-Play Betting (Real Time)

In-play betting is available for selected matches. Odds are updated in real time and may change rapidly. Mae33 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time to protect odds integrity — including during goals, red cards, injuries, or stoppages in Malaysia Super League and EPL football matches.

Mae33 offers a 24-hour live casino experience with professional dealers, including live blackjack, baccarat, and roulette. These games are operated through licensed and regularly audited third-party systems.

• All live casino game outcomes are final once the round has concluded
• Any internet connectivity disruptions during gameplay are the member's responsibility
• Mae33 is not liable for any game outcomes affected by connectivity issues on the player's end
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table are displayed before entering the game
• Any technical failure occurring during an active round will be resolved based on system records
• Mae33 reserves the right to close or modify any game with reasonable notice to members

VIP tables with high betting limits of up to RM50,000 per hand are available to members who have reached Platinum or Diamond VIP status. Access to VIP tables is at mae33's discretion and may be revoked if a member no longer meets the VIP tier requirements.

Mae33 offers lottery games including Malaysia 4D, Toto 6/50, Mae33 Mega Jackpot, and a weekly Lucky Draw. All draws are conducted using a certified random number generator that is regularly audited.

Ticket Purchase

• Purchased and confirmed tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Tickets are only valid for the draw specified on the ticket
• Ticket purchases close 30 minutes before the scheduled draw time
• Winnings are credited to your mae33 account within 30 minutes of the official results being announced

Weekly Lucky Draw

Lucky draw tickets are credited automatically based on qualifying deposits — RM50–RM199 earns 1 ticket, RM200–RM499 earns 5 tickets, and RM500 and above earns 15 tickets. The accumulation period runs Monday to Saturday each week, with the draw held every Sunday at 9 PM. Unused tickets cannot be carried over to the following week.

Mae33 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual using different information
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across markets or platforms to lock in risk-free profits
• Exploiting system errors, odds errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Money laundering using the mae33 platform as an intermediary
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing a third party to access your account
• Identity fraud or use of falsified documents during the KYC process
• Abuse of promotions or attempts to manipulate the bonus system
• Any form of threats, abusive language or inappropriate conduct directed at mae33 staff

Mae33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances. Members also have the right to close their own account at any time for any reason.

Suspension by mae33

• Suspected fraud or suspicious activity requiring further investigation
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the specified timeframe
• Violation of any terms set out in this document
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no transactions

Closure at Member's Request

Members may close their account at any time by contacting mae33 customer support via live chat or email at support@mae33.best. Prior to closure, any remaining balance in the account (after deducting bonuses that have not met rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method. The final withdrawal processing time follows the standard withdrawal policy.

Inactive Account

Accounts showing no activity — including logins, deposits, bets, or withdrawals — for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of RM10 per month may be charged against the balance of an inactive account. Members can avoid this fee simply by logging into their account once a month.

Mae33 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following circumstances beyond our control:

• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues caused by third-party service providers
• Payment system failures, including disruptions on the DuitNow, TNG, GrabPay, or FPX platforms
• Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the member during registration or transactions
• Natural disasters, war, riots, or any other force majeure events
• Loss of account access due to the member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Valid betting or game outcomes, even if the result is not in the member's favour

In all cases where mae33 is responsible for a technical error affecting game outcomes, our liability is limited solely to a refund of the original bet amount and does not extend to any anticipated winnings or consequential losses.

Mae33 takes our responsibility seriously when it comes to ensuring the platform is used responsibly by all members. Responsible gaming is not just a slogan — it is a core value we uphold through tangible tools and policies.

Available Control Tools

• Daily deposit limit — set the maximum amount you can deposit in a single day (minimum RM20, maximum of your choice)
• Weekly loss limit — the account will automatically prevent bets from exceeding the set limit
• Self-exclusion — suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months
• Permanent self-closure — the option to permanently close your account if you feel your gambling habits are becoming a problem
• Self-assessment — an in-account questionnaire to help you evaluate your gaming habits

Members will be notified of material amendments — those that significantly affect member rights or obligations — via in-account notifications or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the mae33 platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms & Conditions were last reviewed. We encourage members to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest rules governing use of the mae33 platform.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the mae33 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days from the date it was first raised in writing, both parties agree to refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, with Kuala Lumpur as the agreed venue.

Mae33 operates in accordance with the rules and standards set by the relevant regulatory authorities. Any decision made by mae33 regarding bet verification, settlement, and account administration is final and binding under the terms of this document.
